Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby areas, and guest rooms.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with guest inquiries regarding local attractions, dining, and hotel services.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash transactions with strict attention to detail.
- Assist in housekeeping duties, including restocking amenities and reporting maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest service.
- Uphold the hotel's brand standards and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or the hotel industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
