Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests across front desk, concierge, and housekeeping functions
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using PMS systems
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and anticipate needs proactively
- Maintain pristine room standards and public areas according to brand specifications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Uphold strict hygiene and safety protocols in all guest-facing areas
- Support special events and VIP guest experiences as required
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Virginia driver's license (if driving required for position)
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn property management systems
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
