Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/out, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Assist with housekeeping coordination and room status management
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Operate hotel management systems and POS equipment accurately
- Collaborate with maintenance, food service, and security teams
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of public areas
- Support event setup and guest services for special functions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
