Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival to ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and common areas.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly to address guest inquiries.
- Handle basic guest requests and provide information about local attractions and services.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
