Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, professional smile and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Assist in the set-up and breakdown of banquet events and conferences.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere in public areas and corridors.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or specific hotel training required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
