Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, and corridors.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of linens, toiletries, and guest amenities.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and front desk teams to resolve guest requests and complaints.
- Monitor security cameras and door access to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate weights.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems.
