Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out and throughout the guest journey
- Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping for optimal guest satisfaction
- Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain accurate financial records
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
- Assist with event setup and banquet services for conferences and weddings
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, reception areas, and public spaces
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred (6+ months)
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer proficiency with reservation systems and POS software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if driving required for errands)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
