Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, ensuring a warm welcome and a smooth departure process.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls and emails promptly with a professional tone.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Maintain accurate records of guest stays, reservations, and daily financial transactions.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the property is pristine.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions with strict accuracy.
- Assist in marketing initiatives and upselling hotel amenities to guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel jobs, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management systems.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights when assisting with luggage.
