Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently using our property management system, and ensure a smooth check-out process.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls professionally, manage email inquiries, and relay messages accurately to staff members.
- Operations: Assist with lobby management, concierge requests, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure room readiness.
- Security & Safety: Verify guest identities, maintain a secure environment, and follow all safety protocols.
- Problem Solving: Handle guest complaints or special requests with patience and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Shift Management: Accurately manage cash drawers and petty cash at the end of each shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or customer service is preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency, specifically in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
