Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes to ensure a seamless experience.
- Room Maintenance: Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, public areas, and restrooms to the highest standards.
- Lobby Operations: Maintain a welcoming and organized lobby area, including answering phones and managing inquiries.
- Event Support: Assist in setting up and breaking down for conferences, weddings, and private events.
- Service Delivery: Address guest requests promptly and professionally, resolving any issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel, resort, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.
