Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming environment in the lobby, restrooms, and common areas.
- Answer inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
- Assist with baggage handling, concierge services, and valet parking as needed.
- Process payments and handle guest complaints or requests with empathy and efficiency.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure high standards are met.
- Uphold the hotel's brand image and safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.
