Key Duties:
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, lobbies, and public areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Operate front desk systems for check-ins, check-outs, and managing reservations.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure facility standards are met.
- Assist with special events and banquet setups as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in the hospitality, retail, or customer service industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
