Responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional greetings to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using property management systems.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues.
- Assist with front desk operations, including handling cash, credit cards, and processing payments.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
- Update guest information and maintain accurate records in the database.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- A valid driver's license may be required depending on the role.
