Responsibilities
- Assist guests with the check-in and check-out process efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive attitude and problem-solving approach.
- Operate front desk software to manage reservations and update guest information.
- Ensure all security protocols and safety procedures are strictly followed at all times.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and culinary teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address maintenance needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a polished professional appearance.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
