Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
- Manage incoming phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, amenities, and services.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and quality standards.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily reports accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area at all times.
- Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or retail is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus.
- Must be able to stand and move around the hotel property for extended periods.
