Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Front Desk Support: Handle phone calls, manage room assignments, and maintain accurate reservation records.
- Area Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and order of the lobby, reception area, and public spaces.
- Event Support: Help coordinate and manage events, conferences, or banquets as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with housekeeping, culinary, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
