Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service through front desk operations, check-ins/check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas with meticulous housekeeping standards
- Process reservations, manage billing inquiries, and resolve guest concerns promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain property security standards
- Support event operations and banquet services as needed
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and reservation system knowledge
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (if driving required)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
