Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at the front desk, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management
- Assist with housekeeping coordination to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet premium standards
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Operate hotel systems including PMS software, payment processing, and communication tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless hotel operations
