Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments
- Process check-ins/checkouts efficiently using hotel management systems
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas to brand standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve guest inquiries
- Support F&B operations including serving, bartending, and event setup
- Adhere to all safety protocols and sustainability practices
- Upsell hotel amenities and local experiences to enhance guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid California Food Handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficient in hospitality software (Opera, etc.) preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Positive attitude with commitment to teamwork excellence
- Must pass background check and drug screening
