Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-in/out, guest inquiries, and concierge assistance
- Manage room reservations, billing operations, and guest account maintenance
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate complex issues appropriately
- Maintain accurate records and follow security protocols for guest safety
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- Valid Washington State driver's license may be required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
