Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/check-outs efficiently with warm professionalism
- Manage reservations and respond to guest inquiries via phone/email
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and public areas according to brand standards
- Operate POS systems for food/beverage transactions
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams during peak shifts
- Uphold safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist with event setup and guest amenities coordination
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (reservation systems, POS)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Valid Indiana Food Handler's Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
