Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person regarding hotel amenities, directions, and local attractions.
- Assist with concierge services, including making restaurant reservations and arranging transportation.
- Maintain the cleanliness and order of the lobby, front desk, and common areas to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle luggage for arriving and departing guests in a safe and timely fashion.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately using the hotel management system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
