Responsibilities

- Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation to guests.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and common areas.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to address guest needs promptly.
- Handle guest luggage and requests with care and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No previous hotel experience required. We value attitude over experience.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
