Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: warmly welcome guests upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Maintain Cleanliness: ensure guest rooms and common areas are pristine, tidy, and fully stocked with amenities.
- Guest Assistance: respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Front Desk Support: answer phones, manage correspondence, and assist with reservations as needed.
- Event Support: help set up and break down banquet spaces and assist with catering events.
- Security & Safety: monitor property for safety, report maintenance issues, and adhere to safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexibility: Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift moderate weights, and perform cleaning duties.
- Attitude: A positive, friendly, and service-oriented mindset is essential.
