Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and deep-cleaning bathrooms
- Service public spaces including lobbies, hallways, and fitness areas to brand standards
- Operate commercial-grade laundry equipment and maintain supply inventory
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly to management
- Adhere to all safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- Assist with special requests and VIP room preparations
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Basic English communication skills
