Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet our high luxury standards.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, linens, and coffee supplies to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness in storage closets and linen rooms.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate any maintenance issues to the engineering department.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Ensure the proper separation and disposal of trash and recyclable materials.
- Walk through completed rooms to perform a final inspection for quality assurance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is a plus, but training is provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific cleaning checklists.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
