Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas using industry-standard techniques
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure all spaces meet brand cleanliness standards
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request reorders as needed
- Adapt to special requests from guests while maintaining brand protocols
- Complete daily cleaning assignments within designated timeframes
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 pounds consistently
- Strong attention to detail with meticulous organizational skills
- Valid Florida driver's license may be required for property transport
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and early shifts
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety
- Pass background check and drug screening
