Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and maintaining pristine bathroom/kitchen areas
- Deep-clean common spaces such as lobbies, hallways, and fitness centers to brand standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and promptly report maintenance issues to supervisors
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and waste disposal
- Provide attentive guest service during interactions, anticipating needs with a warm demeanor
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and ensure all areas meet quality assurance benchmarks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless shift transitions and coverage
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred; training provided for motivated candidates
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
