Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to exceed hygiene standards
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies according to brand specifications
- Report maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly to management
- Maintain organized supply closets and cleaning equipment inventory
- Follow safety protocols for chemical handling and equipment usage
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless room turnover between guests
- Provide personalized service while maintaining professional boundaries
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
