Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to established health and safety standards.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp, clean, and tucked perfectly.
- Sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, and showers, maintaining a spotless finish.
- Dust furniture, wipe surfaces, and vacuum carpets to eliminate allergens and debris.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and coffee supplies.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming attitude while interacting with guests and fellow staff members.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is preferred but not required.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
- Reliable and punctual with the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict safety protocols.
