Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest industry standards.
- Make and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp, folded, and properly arranged.
- Restock amenities such as toiletries, towels, and mini-bars to maintain inventory levels.
- Ensure all furniture and fixtures are dusted, polished, and in excellent condition.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 30 lbs) for extended periods.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
