- Respond promptly to room service requests and maintain a positive attitude.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to management immediately.
- Organize and inventory cleaning supplies to ensure readiness for shifts.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID.
