Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, housekeeping, or food & beverage departments
- Manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently using hotel management systems
- Maintain pristine room standards and public areas according to brand specifications
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and anticipate needs proactively
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain strict confidentiality of guest data
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reservation systems
- Valid Illinois Food Handler Card (if applicable to role)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
