Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas using industry-standard techniques
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment (floor scrubbers, extractors) safely
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs
- Adapt to dynamic shift schedules with 3-4 day availability (evenings/weekends)
- Follow sanitation protocols exceeding CDC guidelines
- Collaborate with team members for room turnover efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months housekeeping/hospitality experience
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including holidays
- Basic English proficiency (Spanish a plus)
- Background check and drug test required
