Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to the highest standards of hospitality.
- Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp and amenities are fully stocked according to the 'Welcome Kit' guide.
- Dust, polish, and sanitize furniture, fixtures, and fixtures to remove fingerprints and smudges.
- Ensure bathrooms are immaculate, including deep cleaning of toilets, showers, and vanities.
- Empty trash bins and replace liners promptly.
- Report maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or missing items, to the maintenance department immediately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper handling of chemicals and cleaning agents.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8-10 hours) with a high level of physical stamina.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within assigned timeframes.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive, friendly attitude towards guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
