Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize guest rooms, suites, and common areas to exceed industry standards
- Replace linens, restock amenities, and maintain inventory control
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Address guest requests promptly with exceptional hospitality
- Follow eco-friendly practices for waste reduction and resource conservation
- Complete detailed room inspection checklists
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns immediately
- Collaborate with housekeeping team for seamless workflow
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid Florida driver's license (for resort shuttle service)
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and peak seasons
- Basic English communication skills
- Background check and drug screening required
- Reliable transportation to work locations
