Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet luxury standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are fully stocked and organized.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners in guest rooms, corridors, and public spaces.
- Dust furniture, wipe down surfaces, and vacuum carpets to maintain a spotless appearance.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing any immediate needs.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Adhere strictly to all health and safety regulations and cleaning protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; full training provided.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
