Responsibilities
- Deep clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to exceed sanitation standards
- Restock amenities and ensure all supplies are properly organized
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment (floor buffers, extractors, etc.)
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning practices
- Coordinate with front desk for room readiness timelines
- Complete detailed inspection checklists after each assignment
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid California driver's license (if transporting supplies)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings/nights (4 PM - 12 AM shifts)
- Basic knowledge of OSHA sanitation standards
- Must pass background check and drug screening
