Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase revenue, occupancy rates, and guest satisfaction scores.
- Manage the hotel’s budget, ensuring profitability through effective cost control and revenue management strategies.

- Ensure full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as corporate policies and standards.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, front office systems, and revenue management.
- Proven ability to manage P&L, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
