Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure with a smile.
- Check-In/Out: Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently using our property management system.
- Guest Assistance: Provide information about local attractions, dining, and directions to ensure a memorable stay.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls professionally and transfer messages promptly.
- Front Desk Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve minor issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Payments: Handle cash, credit card, and check transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- Educational Background: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and aptitude over experience.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
