Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and a seamless check-in process.
- Operational Excellence: Manage check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, routing inquiries to the appropriate departments or resolving issues directly.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining, transportation, and hotel amenities to guests.
- Security & Safety: Monitor building security, enforce key card access policies, and ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and maintain accurate guest records and logs.
- Facility Maintenance: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby spaces.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent, Receptionist, or in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be willing to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and Point of Sale (POS) or Property Management Systems.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Problem Solving: Ability to handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and a friendly, professional demeanor.
