- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues promptly
- Adhere to safety protocols and eco-friendly sustainability practices
- Deliver exceptional guest service with attention to detail
- Collaborate with front desk team for room readiness timelines
- Handle laundry operations for bedding and amenities
- Participate in seasonal deep-cleaning projects
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown Austin locations
