Responsibilities
- Maintain Cleanliness: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to strict quality standards.
- Amenity Management: Ensure guest amenities (soap, shampoo, towels) are fully stocked and replenished.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and promptly report maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, fold, and iron linens and guest clothing as required.
- Guest Interaction: Provide a friendly, professional greeting to guests and respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations to ensure a safe environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless.
- Reliability: Punctuality and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
