Responsibilities
- Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Clean and prepare guest rooms and suites to the highest brand standards, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Public Area Maintenance: Dust, vacuum, and clean lobbies, corridors, elevators, and restrooms to maintain a pristine appearance.
- Amenity Management: Stock and replenish guest amenities, including toiletries, linens, and coffee supplies.
- Maintenance Reporting: Promptly identify and report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken furniture to the Housekeeping Manager.
- Laundry Services: Assist with the sorting, pressing, and folding of linens and guest clothing as needed.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and report on the usage of cleaning supplies to ensure cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform repetitive motion tasks.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and organization is essential.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently.
