Job Summary
As a key member of our housekeeping and hotel staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction in our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to strict quality standards.
- Make beds, replace linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and ready for guests.
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues.
- Follow all safety and health regulations regarding cleaning chemicals and equipment usage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
