Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet our premium cleanliness standards.
- Amenity Management: Restock guest supplies, including toiletries, linens, and coffee amenities, ensuring everything is presentable.
- Inspection: Conduct detailed inspections of assigned rooms to identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Laundry Services: Sort, wash, and press linens and towels according to strict hygiene protocols.
- Guest Interaction: Greet guests politely and professionally, addressing any specific requests or concerns regarding room amenities.
- Equipment Care: Properly use and maintain cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, floor buffers, and chemical dispensers.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot even the smallest imperfections.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods while lifting heavy items (up to 25 lbs).
- Reliability: Punctuality and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
