Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and aesthetics.
- Make beds, replace linens, and ensure all amenities are stocked and organized.
- Empty trash bins and replace trash bags in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for guest privacy and personal belongings.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the maintenance team immediately.
- Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Interact professionally with guests and fellow staff members to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Basic English communication skills.
