Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using Opera PMS system
- Handle reservation modifications and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints proactively to ensure satisfaction
- Process payments and manage financial transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Provide local recommendations and concierge services
- Maintain detailed logs of guest interactions and special requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or customer service experience in hospitality
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Valid Indiana hospitality license or willingness to obtain
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Indianapolis attractions and services
