Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service at front desk, valet, and concierge stations
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and reservation systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Uphold brand standards through attentive guest interactions
- Support event operations and VIP guest experiences
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Proficiency with hotel management software (Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for valet positions)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
