Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service through personalized check-in/check-out experiences and concierge assistance
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries with precision
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests to ensure seamless operations
- Utilize property management systems to maintain accurate guest records and availability
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance guest experiences and revenue
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and lobby at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume hotel front desk or guest services experience
- Proficiency in Opera or similar property management systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of Milwaukee attractions and transportation options
